    根据干部调配的有关规定， 1988～1997年，共调配干部268人，其中由县外调入
84人，调出184人。重点解决干部用非所学和照顾夫妻分居等实际困难。
    依据《山东省县级以上各级人民政府任免工作人员办法》的规定，按照干部分级
管理的原则，政府序列内的副职由县人事局提交县政府研究任命。1988～1997年，共
任命副科级干部238人次，免职109人次。
