    1994年实行分税制财政体制改革，在原县税务局的基础上，分别成立国税局和地
税局，各乡镇分别成立国税所和地税所。大搞财源建设，县级财政总收入稳定增长。
1997年达到6057万元。14个乡镇级财政连续三年实现收支平衡。1996年实行第二预算
管理制度，回笼预算外资金1900多万元，增强财政调控能力。
