    今冯家镇西封土村人。1947年4月参加中国人民解放军，1948年7月加入中国共产
党。在部队历任战士、班长、排长、连指导员、营教导员、团副政委、政委等职。其
间荣立战斗三等功两次， 工作三等功两次， 学习练兵四等功两次。1976年转业后至
1984年5月任沾化县委宣传部副部长、部长，中共沾化县委常委。1984年5月至1987年
4月任政协沾化县第一届委员会主席。1990年11月离休(享受地专级待遇)。
