度。1972年12月参加工作。1974年10月加入中国共产党。1972年12月在湖南省衡阳市
民航第十一飞行大队先后任班长、 特设员、特设师等职；1981年7月始先后任惠民县
人民检察院科长、 检察委员会委员、副检察长、党组副书记；1997年5月任沾化县人
民检察院党组书记，6月任沾化县人民检察院检察长、党组书记。
