业学院硕士学位；1990年7月任沾化县酿酒厂总工程师；1991年10月至1996年3月任山
东省金丝枣酒厂副厂长；1995年7月任沾化县政府县长助理(正科级)；1996年4月任山
东省金丝枣酒厂厂长； 1997年12月任山东金丝食品有限公司董事长；1998年1月当选
政协沾化县第五届委员会副主席。
