    沾化县政协副主席。东营市河口区人(原籍无棣县郑王梁乡郑王梁村) 。1948年8
月出生。大专文化程度。1969年4月加入中国共产党。1968年4月参加中国人民解放军，
历任战士、 排长、干事、教员、科长、团副政委、团政委；1986年4月转业，任沾化
县人武部政治委员(其间，1984～1989年在山东大学党政干部专业班自学考试结业)；
1996年4月调任县委统战部部长、 县政协党组成员；1996年5月、1998年1月分别当选
政协沾化县第四届、第五届委员会副主席。
