    女，沾化县政协主席。沾化县下洼镇人。1947年3月出生。1968年4月参加工作。
1976年2月加入中国共产党。大专文化程度(中央电大82级汉语专业毕业)。1968年4月
在沾化县广播局工作，1984年6月调任县妇联主任(其间，1985年5月至
1987年7月任县委整党办公室综合组组长) ；1990年2月任沾化县政府副县长；1997年
12月任县政协党组书记；1998年1月当选政协沾化县第五届委员会主席。
