    1988年， 芦苇种植面积107公顷，呈零星分布，各村、分场分散管理。1996年，
农场改变沿海滩涂土地开发管理办法，收回芦苇种植土地，实行集中管理，一律签订
承包合同。 鼓励群众成片开发，形成规模种植格局，1997年末发展到800公顷，场年
收入近10万元。
