    1988年治理6.5公里郝三干工程， 动土石方12万立方米。1989年将北关河向南开
挖延伸3300米， 动土方22万立方米。1990～1993年间共治理主干沟、中级沟720条，
水渠105条， 台田沟800条，完成土方121万立方米。自1994年10月起，历经三年三期
工程， 完成西孙洼农业综合开发项目，挖沟、渠，筑生产路总长468公里，修水工建
筑物341座，总土方260万立方米，总工日2.2万个，总投资301万元。1996年建成千亩
平原水库， 总面积70公顷，蓄水量80万立方米，扩大改善灌溉面积667公顷。至1997
年底，全镇共有小型水库54座，机井120眼、扬水站2处。是年被行署命名为“农业综
合开发先进乡镇”。
