1993年县级机构改革后， 共有职工14人， 内设办公室、计划统计股、宣传法规股。
1995年沾化县计划生育协会被列为正科级事业单位。1996年增设县直计划生育办公室。
1997年县计划生育委员会内设办公室、计划统计股、宣传法规股、县直计划生育办公
室，有职工14人，辖县计划生育服务站。全县计划生育队伍共167人。
