    1988年全县有14个乡镇婚姻登记处， 1993年增加1处。1997年1月6日，山东省人
民政府第25号令发布的《山东省婚姻登记管理办法》规定，婚姻登记由县民政局集中
办理。 县民政局成立婚姻登记处，4月16号正式办公，将婚姻登记由乡镇办理改为县
婚姻登记处集中统一办理。 1988～1997年底，共办理结婚登记34138对，登记合格率
96％。
