    为保障《劳动法》的实施，加强对用人单位和职工遵守劳动法律法规情况的监督
检查， 1996年4月成立沾化县劳动监察室。1997年始实行用工年检制度，对全县84家
企业在1996年度的劳动用工情况进行全面检查，合格率为60.7％。通过年检，补办招
用手续47人； 补签劳动合同729人；补发克扣工资15.94万元；补发超时工资23.06万
元；追缴养老金17万元；追缴失业金16.2万元；查出特种作业人员无证上岗13人；查
出违犯厂规厂纪13条。
