    1989年以来，县法院坚持“积极收案，慎重处理”的原则，认真审理各类行政案
件。 到1997年，共受理、审结各类行政诉讼案件40件，其中土地行政案件1 5件，占
结案总数的37.5％； 治安行政案件10件， 占25％；税务、环保等行政案件15件，占
37.5％。在审结的案件中，判决维持行政机关具体行政行为的17件；被告改变具体行
政行为原告撤诉的8件；原告主动撤诉的13件；驳回起诉的2件。此外，还受理行政机
关申请人民法院强制执行案件164件。
