    1994年3月成立民事行政检察科。 主要是受理当事人不服法院已生效的判决和裁
定的民事、行政案件。1994～1997年，共受理各类申诉案件75件，立案25件，提请抗
诉11件，纠正已生效的错误判决1件，通过办案，维护了国家法律的统一、正确实施。
