    下洼镇于一村于洪岐， 45岁，高中文化。他于1993年发展冬枣园3亩，1995年建
冬枣苗圃6亩。他精心管理，舍得投资，在冬枣园里建起3间瓦房，全家吃住在园，进
行全身心投入。冬枣园自1995年见果，产量连年翻番。1998年产冬枣2000公斤，繁育
优质冬枣苗木2.5万株，共收入17万元，是当地有名的沾化冬枣大户。
