    1998年3月县政府项目办公室根据县委、 县政府的指示，经过细致地考察论证，
结合本部门业务特点， 在下洼镇于二村租赁6亩土地，建立冬枣育苗科技示范服务基
地，以促进全县十万亩冬枣产业化开发项目的实施。按技术规程操作，科学管理，当
年枣苗均高达1.5米以上。1998年秋和1999年春已全部嫁接为冬枣树，目前长势健壮，
今秋明春即可出圃。据统计亩产优质苗5000株，总产可达3万株。
