    沾化县有道教、佛教、天主教、基督教、伊斯兰教。道教、佛教最为古老。天主
教最为活跃。境内道教始于何时，无从考察；只知旧有道观多处，亦有道士住持。道
教和佛教同受时局影响，建国后不复存在。
    宗教、侨务工作，由沾化县人民政府外事、侨务、民族、宗教科负责。
