    县人民检察署成立后，即开始办理违法乱纪案件，并对一般违法乱纪实行监督。
检察院重建后，成立法纪检察股(科)。1980年至1987年底，共受理各种违法乱纪案件
31起，34人，其中构成立案的11起，11人。对虽有违法乱纪行为但构不成犯罪的案件，
移交有关部门作行政处理。
