    警备队  1919年建，初设队长1名，分队长2名，警兵60名，分为两个分队，驻守
大山、埕口、泊头(今小泊头村) 等重要村镇及沿海渔堡。1925年扩编，设5个步兵分
队、1个迫击炮分队，配迫击炮两门，兵力达180人，1926年又增马队，为第七分队，
分属两个中队统辖。
    警备营  1928年春，国民党军进抵惠民，直鲁联军吴杰旅退踞沾化、无棣，吴杰
派劳子厚统编各警察分所及警备队， 组成警备营，辖两个连，劳子厚任营长。是年5
月底，国民党进军无棣，警备营拒随直鲁联军溃兵北撤，集体哗变，归附国民党，劳
子厚只身北逃。
