    1980年底，无棣县司法局成立，下设办公室、公证处、法律顾问处。1982年1月，
县司法局成立基层调解股，法制宣传股, 1985年撤股改科，并在大山等4个乡(镇) 设
法律服务站， 全县18个乡镇均配备专职司法助理员。1988年设政工科，同年9月全县
18个乡(镇)均建法律服务站。1989年基层调解科改为基层工作科。1990年设政策研究
室，同年10月建马山子乡、河沟乡、大杨乡、小泊头镇、西小王乡、佘家巷乡司法所。
