    清末民国时期， 永利场储备“常平盐”。中华人民共和国成立后，从1964年4月
开始; 县境收购“平衡储备盐”，凡是国家计划生产的原盐，符合轻工业部标准者，
集运到规定地点，除当年销售的正常周转盐外，均可收购苫封，申请作为“平衡储备
盐”。1979年，经省盐务局批准，县盐务局为国家代管储备盐2万吨，其中有中央的1
万吨。这些平衡储备盐分别贮存在马山子、孟家庄两坨地。1986年，原盐产不敷销，
经省盐务局批准，平衡储备盐已全部销出。
