    于兹生  山东省昌邑县人。1948年2月出生。1967年7月山东曲阜水校毕业后留校
工作。 1969年3月至1977年参军入伍。 1970年11 月加入中国共产党。 1977年3月至
1986年1月先后在博兴县水利局、司法局工作；1983年8月至1985年10月在山东政法学
院学习；1986年 1 月至1990年3月任博兴县人大常委会政法科副科长、科长；1990年
3 月至1997年5月任博兴县人民法院副院长、党组副书记；1997年5月任无棣县人民法
院代院长、党组书记。
