    建国后，县委宣传部设通讯干事，负责全县的通讯报道工作。1963年，贯彻“全
党办报”的方针，在机关干部和重点村镇，发展通讯员60余名。1970年4月，县革委
政治部设报道组，由4人组成，专事通讯报道工作。1978年中共十一届三中全会后，
宣传部门注重新闻队伍的建设，至1985年，各乡镇设专职新闻干事1名，全县培养骨
干通讯员80余名。
