    1980年11月县司法局建立后开展了公证工作，1981年5月趋于完善。至1985年底5
年中共办理公证业务1253起，其中民间公证222起，经济合同1021起，其他公证10起，
接待来访1679人次。公证业务的开展，对于促进经济体制改革和预防纠纷、减少诉讼、
稳定社会秩序，发挥了积极作用。
