    1921年
    春，农民饥荒难渡，不等播种便纷纷外逃谋生。山东灾贩公会、华洋义贩公会、
国际义贩组织和日本共贩济银币10.9万元，棉衣7200件。但灾民所得无几，大都被贪
官侵吞挪用。
    8月，邑人李文林当选第三届省议会议员。
    是年，成立县共和自治筹备处，于孔庙设办事处。
