    韩文成（生卒年不详），字子一，号清选，阳信县人。清嘉庆年间授任安徽芜湖
知县。韩任后巡查青苗，见遍地棉花都不摘心，随询情于民，而后亲授农民棉花摘心
技术，推广全县。是年采收后，以亩统计，较前增收一倍多。韩重农桑，勤民政，下
得以民信，上取以赏识。不久升为宛平御府教习。
