    1960年3月开始接受军队离退休干部。1983年根据国务院办公厅《关于军队离休
干部移交地方管理间题的通知》，建立阳信县军队离退休干部休养所，安置军队离休
干部。到1985年共安置军队离退休干部18名。其中，在军队离休干部休养所安置2名，
在农村原籍安置16名。先后为13名原退休干部办理了离休手续。
