    1952年县委、县政府办公室各由1名秘书兼办人民来信来访事宜。1963～1968年，
设秘书1人， 专做信访工作。1968年3月，设信访接待室，配备4人隶属县革命委员会
办公室。 1971年5月， 信访接待室改为信访组。 1978年秋，信访组更名为信访科。
1979年10月，信访科归属县委办公室，县革命委员会办公室另设信访科，各设科长一
人，工作人员4～5名。1981年县革委办公室信访科改为县政府办公室信访科。1985年，
县委办公室信访科有科长1人， 工作人员3人；县政府办公室信访科有科长1人，工作
人员5人。
