    1931年，惠民县建立度量衡检定分所，承担全县度量衡器具的检定和管理工作。
1935～1945年改由县工商技术员管理。 中华人民共和国建立后，由县工科所兼管。1
959年12月成立惠民县计量所，1963年6月改为惠民地区计量标准所惠民分所。1972年
12月分所改为惠民县计量标准所。1979年5月改建为惠民县标准计量管理局。1984年6
月复设惠民县标准计量所。
