    惠民县较早的建筑组织是县泥水工会和木业工会。 泥水工会建于1931年4月，会
员21 1人。木业工会建于1932年5月，会员150人。传统的砖土房舍为其主要施工对象。
中华人民共和国建立后，建筑行业有了很大变化。建筑施工变传统工艺为现代工艺，
建筑材料及构件也随时代发展而不断改进。
