    积极开拓代理业务是农业银行新的效益增长点之一。滨州市农行充分发挥自身网络优势，使代理业务从无到有，逐步发展壮大，先后开办了代收国信寻呼费、水电费、代收行政罚款、代发工资等业务，到1998年末，代发工资单位达到41家，金额206万元。代收国信寻呼费预计每年达1800万元左右。
