    滨州环宇纺织集团有限责任公司不断提高自身素质，充分发挥自身优势，积极参与国际竞争，大力发展出口贸易，出口交货值连年提高，1998年达到5100多万元。1998年1月22日经外经贸部“98外经贸政审函字第1612号”文件批准获得自营进出口权。至此，全市自营进出口企业已达3家。
