    在1997年完成一期工程的基础上，二期工程于今年5月份与外商合作洽谈成功。二期工程主要是净水处理和供水管网建设，净水工程生产规模为曰产净水6万立方米。从7月份开始动工，到年底已完成水厂六大部分主体工程，计划于1999年9月全面竣工投产。
