    按着上级指示精神，立足适应国防现代化的需要，着眼未来战争特点以提高训练质量为中心对应急分队突出防暴、防盗、应付突发事件和技术、战术组织指挥。应用训练，对民兵干部训练，重点进行民兵工作条例的学习和军事基础训练，达到政治素质合格，具有一定的军事素质、业务能力和组织指挥能力，一年中共组织了3次集中训练，参训人数达680人次。
