    高吉孟  （1935.2—1991.3)，男，系滨州市高杜居委会人，1951年10月参加工作，1959年3月入党，生前在滨州市公安局任局级调研员。1991年3月15日上午9时30分许，在市公安局纪检组办公室商讨工作时，突发脑溢血，送地区人民医院抢救治疗无效，于1991年3月16日11时，在地区人民医院不幸去世。终年56岁。1991年10月7日经市政府研究同意确定高吉孟同志为因公牺牲。
