    1995年3月开始立项，1996年10月正式投产。安装了国内先进水平的生产线两条，引进瑞典产“利乐”包装生产线一条，采用国际先进的高温瞬时灭菌技术。生产的保鲜奶及系列奶制品饮料常温下保质180天。该项目1997年10月被列为山东省50家农业产业化龙头企业之一。
