    1990年，滨州市农村邮政局共有自行车50辆、摩托车4辆、汽车3部。1999年，全市有邮政摩托车18辆。绿卡工程建成投产，储户持一张邮政储蓄卡可在全国范围内的邮政储蓄机构办理活期储蓄通存通兑业务。2007年，拥有计算机25台。邮政营业、报刊发行和邮政储蓄等业务使用微机操作。投资22万元对营业大厅进行装修并安装电视监控系统。
