    1991年10月，设立滨州市法制局，列市政府工作部门序列，为正科级行政单位。内设办公室、法规科、复议应诉科、监督检查科。1997年3月，根据滨州市机构改革方案，仍为正科级行政单位，归市政府办公室管理。2000年12月，改称滨州市滨城区法制局。2002年8月，根据《滨城区党政机构改革方案》，改称滨州市滨城区法制办公室，归口区政府办公室管理。
