    1980年建立滨县标准计量局。1984年滨县标准计量局降格为标准计量所，隶属滨县经济委员会领导。
    1982年建立滨州市标准计量局。1987年3月滨县标准计量所并入市标准计量局。1990年3月滨州市标准计量局更名为“滨州市技术监督局”。1990年底下设标准计量管理科、产品质量监督检验所、计量测试检定所、办公室。共有干部、职工34人。
