    1946年，滨县县政府实业科内设建设股。1950年滨县人民政府设建设科。1975年成立滨县基本建设局。此间，城乡建设与环境保护并管。
    1980年，设滨县人民政府环境保护办公室，1983年9月与滨县基本建设局合署办公，1985年环境保护办公室与基本建设局合并，组建滨县城乡建设环境保护委员会。1987年并入滨州市城乡建设委员会。
