    1988年，设立行政审判庭，专门审理行政案件。当年受理并审结行政诉讼案件4起。1994年审结33件。1995年审结44件，比1994年上升33.3％。1996年审结52件，比1995年上升18％，其范围涉及治安、交通、工商、土地管理等。群众对“民告官”和自我保护意识逐步提高。同时，1995-1996年，受理行政机关申请执行的非诉讼执行案件134件，支持和促进了行政机关依法行政和人民群众的遵纪守法。
