    域内平原主要分布在县境中部沿沭河及其支流两侧的狭长地带，面积495平方公里，占全县总面积的25.4％。土层深厚，土质为冲积洪积层，表土多系壤土。地势平坦，坡度小。土壤属河潮土和冲积黑土，地下水储量丰富，埋深1-3米。
