                                                   第八节人民监督员制度


    2003年11月，县检察院开始实行人民监督员制度试点工作，聘任了5名人民监督员，颁发了聘任证书并报县人大和上级检察院确认备案。试点工作开展以来，共对4起自侦案件实施了人民监督员监督程序。
