                                                        第四节技能培训


    2002年至2005年，县残联、农业局在全县12个乡镇设立了12处“农村残疾人农业实用技术培训基地”，对2600名有农业实用技术需求的残疾人进行了教育和培训。在县特殊教育学校设立了“残疾人职业技能培训基地”，培训各类残疾人258名。通过培训，每个受训人员都学到了1-2门科技知识。2001年11月被山东省残疾人联合会授予“全省残疾人扶贫先进单位”。
