                                                第二章共青团五莲县委员会


    1989年至2005年，按照“党建带团建”工作思路抓团的基层组织建设，确定了7处党建带团建示范点，全县20处中等学校建立了中学生团校，8处高中、中专学校建立了中学生预备党校。2002年被团省委授予山东省团建先进县。至2005年底，全县共有基层团委37个，基层团支部1023个，团员3.1万人。
