    1990年11月撤销文史资料科、提案信访科、工作组联络科，保留办公室，设立经济科技委员会、学习提案委员会、文史资料委员会、祖国统一联谊委员会、社会文教委员会。1997年1月，经济科技委员会、社会文教委员会分别更名为经济建设委员会、科教文卫体委员会。2003年3月，文史资料委员会与祖国统一联谊委员会合并为文史联谊委员会，增设社会法制委员会。县政协办公室、各专门委员会均为正科级办事机构。
