                                                         第三章国税


    1989年至1993年，五莲县税务局以保证国家财政收入和促进地方经济建设为中心，加强基础建设，开展税法宣传，增强征管力度，至1993年共组织税收收入1.829亿元，利用税收优惠政策扶持地方积极发展，争取减免税款5300万元。1994年进行税制改革，实行分税制，五莲县税务局分设为五莲县国家税务局和五莲县地方税务局。1994年国税收入7067.7万元，自1997年以来连年税收过亿元。
