                                                          第八节审判监督


    1997年设立审判监督庭。案件再审是其主要职责。其工作范围是审理申诉、申请再审、上级法院指令复核案件，兼管评查卷宗。1997年之前评查工作职能由告诉申诉庭兼管，1998年1月由审判监督庭负责。1989年至2005年，共审结再审案件123件26人。其中：民事案件44件，刑事案件23件26人，经济案件54件，行政案件2件。根据《案件质量评查暂行规定》，共评查卷宗21334卷，审案质量基本达到良好以上。
