                                                    第六节民事行政检察



    1994年，设立民事行政检察科，1998年前受理案件较少，1999年后，案件明显增多。1999年至2005年，共受理案件204件，年均2914件，立案109件，提请抗诉96件，法院改判51件，改判率53%。通过开展民事行政检察，纠正了一批冤案错案，维护了案件当事人的合法权益和法律的公正尊严。
