    1989年以来，全县财政以经济建设为中心，深化体制改革，加强财源建设，严格收入征管，堵塞各种漏洞，连年完成财政预算，财政支出得到有效控制。2005年，全县共完成地方财政收入14517万元，比1989年增长400.76%；预算外收入5597万元，年增长率7.1%。完成财政支出32809万元，比1989年增长829.17%；预算外支出5462万元，年增长率6.9%。连续17年保持县级财政收支平衡。
